As I mentioned to you at my appointment there are more reasons that 5280 Dental was a great choice to complete my dental work than I was able to mention on the Tom Martino case. You were the first dentist I’ve had, and I’ve had many, who actually explained all the different options available, gave price estimates, and then your recommendation for the best treatment.
I really appreciated being able to know the options and make a decision for myself. It is also great that the price you quoted me more than a year ago for the work was an all-inclusive price that hasn’t changed as the work progressed and you referred me to several agencies that provided financing options.
Throughout the procedures I always felt that I could ask questions and you and your assistant did a great job explaining as you went (at least when I was conscious). Your pain estimates were also right on, I was very skeptical when you said there wouldn’t be swelling or that I should be able to go back to work, but it was all true. The temporary teeth were also surprisingly attractive. While they certainly weren’t perfect, I also didn’t feel the need to hide or refrain from smiling like I did with my temporary teeth from several years ago while I was waiting for veneers.
The office manager has also been wonderful throughout the procedure answering insurance questions and getting me documentation for appeals. The staff in general shows great concern about comfort throughout procedures, not just in pain management, but bringing blankets and pillows, providing food/drink in lobby, etc; and I’ve really come away from this experience feeling like the staff cares about me and not just my dental work.
